concerning ICANN’s contractual compliance program. I have attached
a draft document that contains my impressions thus far regarding the
expectations and concerns of various constituencies and groups. This
information, as summarized in the attached document, was gathered from informal
conversations, group discussions and public meetings while in Sao Paulo, Brazil
at the December 2006 Annual Meeting. However, I wanted to give each of
you an opportunity to provide written comments in this regard before this
document is presented to ICANN’s executive management for
consideration. If you believe I incorrectly summarized your
