recent sTLD registry agreements negotiated by ICANN. The agreement is for a

<p><font size=4 face=Arial><span style='font-size:13.5pt;font-family:Arial'>MuseDoma,
a corporation established in the State of Delaware (US), has filed
documentation to become MuseDoma International, a corporation established under
the laws of <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">France</st1:place></st1:country-region>.
The founding sponsors of the newly incorporated organization will continue to
be the International Council of Museums ("ICOM") and the J. Paul
Getty Trust. Reference to MuseDoma, the corporation established under the laws
of <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">France</st1:place></st1:country-region>,
is bracketed on page one of the proposed registry agreement. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p><font size=4 face=Arial><span style='font-size:13.5pt;font-family:Arial'>Fees
to ICANN under the proposed registry agreement for .MUSEUM would be based on
the total number of registrations. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p><font size=4 face=Arial><span style='font-size:13.5pt;font-family:Arial'>On
21 June 2005, ICANN posted for public comment the Renewal Proposal (<a
href="http://www.icann.org/tlds/renewals/museum-renewal-proposal-16nov05.pdf">http://www.icann.org/tlds/renewals/museum-renewal-proposal-16nov05.pdf</a>)
for the .MUSEUM registry in accordance with the terms of the current agreement.
ICANN staff continued to work with the sponsoring organization to finalize the
proposed agreements and appendices. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

on the proposed agreement can be posted to <a
