will not be counted as a reason to cancel my nomination. I believe I have a lot
to offer as the representative of the RC to the GNSO council, and I hope to get

A. NOMINATIONS<br>

Nominations are now open for the election of <st1:PersonName
ProductID="Registrar Constituency" w:st="on">Registrar Constituency</st1:PersonName>
Chair,<br>
Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, as well as a partial term replacement for<br>
<st1:PersonName ProductID="Bruce Tonkin" w:st="on">Bruce Tonkin</st1:PersonName>
on the GNSO Council. The terms of the Executive Committee<br>
positions will run June 1, 2007 to May 30, 2008. The term of the<br>
replacement GNSO Council seat will run from June 1, 2007 to the conclusion<br>
of the 2007 Annual Meeting in October 2007 per the ICANN Bylaws. The<br>
nomination period will be open from today until 11:59 pm/23:59 PDT on<br>
Wednesday, May 16. <br>

All nominations must be seconded by at least one member in order to proceed.<br>
Candidates must provide a conflict of interest statement by the end of the<br>
close of the nomination period (or within two days after the actual<br>
nomination). Anyone affiliated with a <st1:PersonName
ProductID="Registrar Constituency" w:st="on">Registrar Constituency</st1:PersonName>
Member is<br>
eligible to make nominations or second nominations. Anyone affiliated
with<br>
a <st1:PersonName ProductID="Registrar Constituency" w:st="on">Registrar
Constituency</st1:PersonName> Member is eligible to hold any of the positions,<br>
but individuals who are citizens of North America or <st1:place w:st="on">Europe</st1:place>
are NOT eligible<br>
to sit for the replacement GNSO Council seat. <br>

B. VOTING PROCEDURE<br>

Member's e-mail address. Ballots should be filled out and returned to the<br>
e-mail address stated in the ballot. They should not be copied to any e-mail<br>
