Can you forward a copy to the Registrars list and encourage everyone to read
the report? I am very interested in their feedback. This report has been in
development since <st1:City w:st="on">Sao Paulo</st1:City>, and will be
discussed in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">San Juan</st1:City></st1:place>
as part of a public forum on protections for registrants. Comments can be sent
