Each registrar can decide whether they want to pay the minimum amount, the suggested higher amount or something in between.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV dir=ltr align=left><FONT face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" color=#0000ff size=3><SPAN>3. Registrar contributions are published for all to see.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
