[RPM-IRT] TIOF - About the call for Volunteers for the RPM IRT.

I was informed that this IRT is looking for volunteers as indicated in

I'd like to participate in the work, even if at an observer capacity. The
topic is of much interest for me due to my background and daily occupation.
