Dear All,

As you know, the second meeting of the RPM IRT will be held next Monday, 30 January 2023 at 15:00-16:00 UTC [local time<https://tinyurl.com/69xp9y8n>].

As indicated in the agenda<https://community.icann.org/x/vASBDQ>, during the call we will begin going through the first set of RPM documentation revisions concerning the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS), which are published in the shared drive:

  *   URS Procedure<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jOzQqIMl24OcaGdKFV3C4VQTUw7DJOU1A8vWtAxrlLk/edit?usp=sharing>
  *   URS Rules<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Y2APc2v_YFC6OD5ptpwUOFsrRg2NafaE-PBdu9TwUr0/edit?usp=sharing>
  *   URS Technical Requirements<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nPaLpi1tZDmRCMza3Qad2aQdE-e4qAzB1wZTDBQDc7A/edit?usp=sharing>

You are kindly requested to review the redlines in advance of Monday’s call. Please note that you will have to focus only on the changes made in “suggesting” mode, which are based on the RPM Phase 1 Recommendations. The text in red are updates coming out of the EPDP Phase 1 implementation, which are being handled via that project. For more information, please see: https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/registration-data-consensus-policy-for-gtlds-24-08-2022

Should you have any questions, please flag them to the mailing list (rpm-irt at icann.org<mailto:rpm-irt at icann.org>) or raise them during the meeting.

If you do not have access to the documents, please send me your Google email address at elisa.busetto at icann.org<mailto:elisa.busetto at icann.org>.

Looking forward to the meeting next Monday!

Best regards,
Elisa
