[RRA] RRA Amendment Notification for multiple (10) TLDs [ ref:_00D616tJk._5004Mwx4IP:ref ]

The Registrar Stakeholder Group appreciates the opportunity to review these
changes to the 10 RRAs.  We have reviewed and have no concerns about or
objections to the proposed changes.
