[RRA] RRA Amendment Notification for 5 TLDs [ ref:_00D616tJk._5004MzVbmu:ref ]

Apologies for the late notice, but the RrSG would like to request a short
extension on our response until Tuesday, July 25.  The RrSG is meeting on
Monday morning and would like to ensure our membership has an opportunity
to weigh in on these changes.
