Apologies for not getting back to you more quickly.

Some registrars are concerned about the unspecified nature of the phrase
"reasonable notice," particularly in situations when the registry system is
changing, and would like to better understand how GoDaddy Registry
interprets its obligations under that section.  This is of particular
concern when the avenues for a registrar to challenge whether the notice
was reasonable are so limited.
