<p class="MsoNormal">Please find enclosed a redline which reflects the changes made to the last version of the RRA. All of the previous changes which were not subject to any comments have been accepted. With respect to the substantive comments, I kept in
the word “material” because there are so many changes to the systems for so many minor reasons that have no impact on registrars, so we cant provide notice for those types of changes. That said, for material changes, I added a minimum notice period of 30
days, which is standard in the industry.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">With the second comment on RDAP/WHOIS, of course we would not be obligating the Registrar to maintain any service not required by ICANN. I inserted the words “as applicable” which hopefully resolves that point. I believe it does, but
if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with that addition, please recommend another path forward.<u></u><u></u></p>
