Please also note that this is not just a name change as stated in the attached cover letter; rather there has been a change in RO resulting from an assignment which has resulted in a change in jurisdiction of incorporation and amendment of the “Dispute Resolution: Choice of Law; Venue” provision to a new jurisdiction, which a Registrar could find material or potentially material.<br />
