Dear RSSAC and the Caucus members,

I thank all of you for showing confidence on me, for this Liason to
ICANN Nominating Committee position. I will try my best to work
diligently, in the best interest of ICANN and RSSAC, and will try to
come up to your expectations in carrying out this responsibility. I
will be needing support from all of you, as well as the guidance from
the seniors.

I am also grateful to my friend Linjian Song, who also volunteered his
services along with me. We all work in a team, and will continue to do
so.

Thanks.

Amir
