[RSSAC Caucus] Agenda for RSSAC023v2 call

In preparation for our call on Monday April 6th to discuss RSSAC023v2 please find an agenda below.

1) Discuss new Section 1.1
2) Discuss edits to Section 2.11
3) Discuss new Section 7.2
4) Depending on 7.2 outcome, discuss aligning the various tables of root servers in the doc to the new section 7.2.
5) Discuss timeline for the document
