[RSSAC Caucus] Updating RSSAC002, RSSAC023, and RSSAC026 at ICANN 66

I've put a change suggestion to the document.
  For the RZM Measurements, 'short-service' is "rzm".

Related to this, the example of RZM measurement path scheme should be
about zone-size.  That is the only measurement that RZM currently have
in this document.

BTW, the location of RSI measurements can be found at
www.root-servers.org web page, but how about RZM measurement?  This may
not be the focus of rssac002v4, but would like to know once it become
available.
