  Thank you for your review of the initial draft RSSAC Advisory on Rogue DNS Root Server Operators.

  The WP met a few times, considered, and addressed all the comments received. The WP Chair, Ken, would like this document to be circulated to the caucus for a final review.

  Please provide any last comments you have on this document by close of business Tuesday 25 May, 2021.

  Given the evolution of root server system (RSS) governance, this document aims to inform future RSS governance bodies on the types of root server operator (RSO) activity that might be considered rogue and the risks that these activities may pose to the Internet community.
