[RSSAC Caucus] Four Updates

Dear RSSAC Caucus Members,

I have three updates to share:


  1.  The meeting minutes from 11 July 2023 RSSAC meeting have been approved during the RSSAC Teleconference on Tuesday, 1 August 2023. The meeting minutes have been posted on the RSSAC meetings page: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/rssac-meetings-2014-05-06-en. You may also find approved meeting minutes attached to this note.
  2.  Dr. Tarek Kamel Award for Capacity Building Nomination Period closes on Friday, 4 August. If you would like to submit a nomination, you may find the link here: https://www.icann.org/en/announcements/details/last-call-nominations-for-icanns-dr-tarek-kamel-award-for-capacity-building-01-08-2023-en.
  3.  A new course about the Root Server System is now available on ICANN Learn<https://learn.icann.org/#/>. See this blog for details: https://www.icann.org/en/blogs/details/new-icann-learn-course-about-the-root-server-system-02-08-2023-en.
  4.  RSSAC recently adopted the recommendation of the RSSAC Caucus Membership Committee to appoint a new RSSAC Caucus member:
