Greetings Ignatius,

IETF meetings are open to participation by anyone that wishes to attend (in
person or virtually).  The RSSAC Caucus meeting will be on the Sunday
before the IETF, and the IETF working group meetings are from Monday to
Friday.  There is also an IETF hackathon on the leading Saturday and Sunday
as well for those that wish to attend that as well.  The details for
registering for the IETF can be found on the following website -- if you
need a letter to get a visa depending on both your country and the country
a particular IETF will be held in, there is a link for that as well.
