[RSSAC Caucus] A paper on analyses of vulnerabilities in the DNS Infrastructure

Thanks Paul,
I shared the paper not specifically because it has direct relevance to
RSSAC, but rather with the intention of informing interested users about
the latest developments in the DNS ecosystem.
