Hi Carlos,

 

As an early agenda bash, let me suggest we shift from "ICANN 67 Planning" to "planning for upcoming meetings".  You'd set up the meetings during ICANN 67 as convenience, since many of us were going to be in Cancún at the same time.  Obviously, that consideration no longer applies now that the meeting is all-remote. Given that the intent of the group was always to work mostly remotely, we might want simply to set the cadence for ongoing work and start following that cadence.  Especially given the time zone issues, three meetings in two days may be a sub-optimal start on a remote basis, even though it was reasonable when a face-to-face meeting was the plan.

 

On another note, it might be useful to have a more complete Doodle poll before making the final standing teleconference time/day decision.  I appreciate your sending out the previous one to get us going, but picking between just two times of day might not have resulted in the best outcome.
