[RSS GWG] New board liaison

Dear colleagues,

Maarten Botterman has written to let me know that the ICANN Board has
selected Akinori Maemura from the Board to serve as the second liaison to
the Root Server System Governance Working Group (RSS GWG). Akinori succeeds
Lito Ibarra in this role together with Tripti Sinha as liaisons to the RSS
GWG.
