[RSS GWG] Vote on opening the meetings of the GWG

Hi,

From the transcript of the most recent meeting:

"That vote once again we're voting on establishing the process that the meetings will be open to all and that observers, generally speaking, will not speak unless they are invited to do so by the group.”

I indicated at the time when asked for my vote:

"I personally i'm unsure. Therefore, I will consult with the IAB Therefore, I am not voting at this point in time, thank you.”

I have sinc e discussed this with the relevant folk in the IAB and I now wish to have my vote IN FAVOR of this proposal recorded.
