We would like to introduce the ICANN staff members you will be in primary contact with for your review work and their roles in relation to the Review Team:

Denise Michel, Advisor to the President of ICANN - Denise will be coordinating all substantive interactions between the Review Team and ICANN staff. Questions about ICANN's activities and work products, and requests for substantive input from ICANN staff, documents, interviews, etc. should be directed to Denise. Alice Jansen, Assistant, Organizational & Affirmation Reviews - Alice will provide administrative and operational support for the Review Team. Olof Nordling, Director, Services Relation and Branch Manager ICANN Brussels office - Olof is ICANN's process owner for reviews and is responsible for managing Review Team support.
