[Rt4-whois] Call next week - DOODLE POLL

Is it necessary to consider calls that start at 0300, 0400, or 0500 for any of us? Considering our geographical dispersion, I suggest that it's possible to keep all of our calls in the 0600 - 2000 range for all participants.

It's possible I've done my timezone math incorrectly.
