NOT PROTECTIVELY MARKED

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all your work here Bill, very helpful.

Is our meeting going to be on 18th-20th January in London? I note you have book marked it. Also, do we intend travelling to San Fran for the ICANN meeting? Sorry to push, but I need to arrange my diary quite well in advance.

Sharon

I have added a calendar<https://community.icann.org/display/whoisreview/Calendar> to the wiki. It contains holidays for our various countries, with the exception of Pakistan. I’m waiting to hear back from Sarmad regarding which calendar I should use for him.

Items that I placed in the calendar (all are open to change):
• ICANN meetings for the next year or so
• Our Cartagena informal face-to-face
• Placeholders for fortnightly teleconferences on Wednesdays at 14:00 UTC
• A Placeholder for our London meeting 18-20 January

I won’t be offended if we decide to eliminate the calendar but did think it might be helpful for us. (I have set the calendar up so that all RT members can make changes; but to do so requires that everyone has a Google account. That may not be something we individually or collectively want.)
