Yes - I was a member of a Whois working group with ICANN in 2007.  And I have a file of published ICANN documents on actions taken since then.
I will be happy to organize key documents and share.  And there are pending studies initiated prior to our group being formed.  I am expecting us to review these upcoming studies as part of our overall scope of work.
