[Rt4-whois] Request for ICANN WHOIS resources

Thank you Denise, that's very useful.

I see that there are two registrar accreditation agreeements (RAA) 
one dated of May 2011 (?).
This RAA is a very important document for our RT.

Does it mean that all the registrars are now under this last contract 
or the new accredited registrars only ?

For us, does it mean that we have to work on both documents ?
