[Rt4-whois] Hotel booking for our London meeting

Me too.

Since I've lost some discussions about the budget, I assume ICANN will pay
our expenses for 18th and 19th, incluing air tickets, hotel and meals.

I'm intending to stay a bunch of days more by my own to visit at least Paris
and Amsterdam :)
