Wilfried and all,
Just so there is no misunderstanding: no problem with the first night, ICANN will reimburse you for that hotel night as well.
All the best
Olof

I definitely intend to arrive the evening before the 1.5- or 2-day meeting.
So please add me to the list!

I don't rate it as feasiable to travel in the morning and be in useful state
for the meeting, even assuming that I can arrive in time at all, from Vienna,
in January.

In case ICANN refuses to cover the expenses for the 1st night - which I do
not expect - I have to re-consider my participation.

set to travel back from Cartagena tomorrow morning,
