[Rt4-whois] Telephone conference schedule

Good questions, thanks.

I propose that we schedule 90 minutes for the calls (to create the necessary diary time), but aim to complete the calls within one hour, unless the agenda demands more time.

I think what Alice has done is scheduled a call every two weeks, and the exact dates of the F2F meetings will be slightly different.  For example, I believe we agreed to meet all day Sunday in San Francisco, and I suggest that we go for the same date in other ICANN meetings.

Alice - please would you confirm, and send through the dates of the Sunday at ICANN meetings this year, and the result of the doodle poll re: our London meeting when that is decided.
