Thank you very much for your comments.  I like your revised definitions too. I think they fairly reflect the reasoning which you put forward on behalf of the subteam in our recent call.  The reasoning will also help those who provide input to understand how we got to these definitions.  Like you, I look forward to hearing from other members of the Team.
