Hi James,
The subgroup on consumer trust has a revised definition in work that we will distribute to the whole group shortly.
Your suggested term of end user makes sense to me but the term used in the AOC is consumer.  That is why we want to establish a common understanding of consumer and consumer trust.
Please stand by for a further update on these definitions.
