[Rt4-whois] Cancellation of Registry meeting

Dear All,
I have just received notice from the Chairman of the Registries Stakeholder Group that they will be unable to meet with us tomorrow afternoon. The RySG sends its apologies, and notes that with all the GAC-Board work, the new gTLDs and the "rules of the road" are now their top priority at this time. They very much look forward to meeting us in Singapore.
