[Rt4-whois] WHOIS Review - draft discussion paper consolidated v7.doc

Dear Review Team members,

Oh well, what a "conference call" - sorry for the inconvenience! This was just one of those days, with the phone bridge going down - Alice had continuous contact with the Adigo operator promising that they would be up on their backup system "in five", and we hoped that would mean "seconds" or "minutes", but finally called it quits after 30 minutes.

There was some consolation, though, in the fact that editing progress was made in the Adobe chat room, and as promised a new version of the Discussion Paper is attached, hopefully reflecting the agreements reached. The remaining  comments and edits from Peter are also included, i.e. those pertaining to the sections not yet addressed.

Emily and Kathy - please advise if you wish us to Doodle for an additional call or just stick with the one already foreseen for next Wednesday.
