Hi Alice,
I won't attend at 15UTC as that's 1am for me (7UTC is 5pm).
Cheers,
Peter

Subject: [Rt4-whois] Proposal - conference call

Dear Review Team Members,

It has come to our attention that the US members were unable to join the last conference calls due to timezone difference.

With a view to ensuring greater attendance, our proposal - following Emily's suggestion - is to schedule next week's call (17 August) at 15:00 UTC instead of 07:00 UTC.

In the past, the Team used to meet at 15:00 UTC since this was the most convenient time according to Doodle polls. Our assumption is that this time slot will work for you.

Please do not hesitate to raise your concerns should you disagree.

Thanks for your understanding,

Very best regards

Alice
