[Rt4-whois] Conference call briefing for ICANN's Board

Diane Schroeder, Director of Board Support, will be working with Alice to
schedule your conference call briefing for interested Board members.  Board
Members' December schedules apparently don't look promising, but rest
assured it will be scheduled in the near future to maximize Board members'
participation.
