Hi Alice,
I will be attending the Costa Rica meeting.
I have booked my stay at the Marriott. After the Senegal fiasco I wanted to be sure I had a safe and secure hotel so I will pay upfront for the hotel room and turn it in for reimbursement after the meeting.
I am traveling to Costa Rica early so will book my own airline ticket. I will rely on the allowance ICANN provides.
Best regards,
Susan
