Without such access, it's quite difficult to assess the content and context of the discussions. Sadly, these conversations are occurring in a room without representation from Registrants who are bound by terms in the agreement (3.7.7) and are negatively impacted by the current state of WHOIS, wide variation in Registrar/Registry services and service levels , and time scales of years to address Internet-time issues.
