Dear Heather

My apologies for tomorrow's call.  Unfortunately, it is very early in UK,
and I am travelling to the States that day.  The Review Team's Vice Chair,
Kathy Kleiman, and the GAC's own Peter Nettlefold will lead the call very
ably, and I look forward to our continued interactions with the GAC in
Costa Rica.
