I'm writing this to you later than I had anticipated and unfortunately not as complete as I had anticipate either. However, the draft has substantial changes based on our deliberations.

At this point, I'd would like to:

In the meantime, I will continue editing the draft on the supporting sections e.g. summary, scope, definition, appendices.
