After incorporating the community feedback, the RZ-LGR SG has finalized the Recommendations for the Technical Utilization of the Root Zone Label Generation Rules, which are documented in the report attached.

As next steps, as per the request by the ICANN Board, these recommendations are to be published and then submitted to the ICANN Board for further consideration.  The study group is sharing the report with you in advance, in anticipation of these being published by ICANN organization on <date>, for your information and for any final feedback.
