[RZERC] RZERC meeting

Dear RZERC members,

Its been quite some time since we've met.  I'd like to propose that we schedule an upcoming regular meeting to check in and discuss if there are any recent or future developments that may warrant our attention.  Staff, could you set up a poll for a meeting in the span of 3 or 4 weeks from now?
