[RZERC] [Ext] RZERC Chair Selection document confusion

Hi Jim,

I believe the RZERC Chair Selection document is obsolete as of the finalization of the RZERC Operational Procedures on 5 September 2017, attached and available here: https://www.icann.org/iana_rzerc_docs/255-rzerc000v1-operational-procedure-v-final. Section 2.2 of the Operational Procedures covers the Chair Duties, Chair Eligibility and Terms, and Chair Selection Procedure. It is my understanding that at the first RZERC meetings discussion of Chair duties, eligibility, and selection came before discussion of the operational procedure document. 

Can someone confirm?
