[RZERC] propose canceling our April meeting

Dear RZERC,

Our next meeting is scheduled for April 23, and if there are no objections I propose that we cancel this month's meeting.  We do have a couple of non-urgent items in progress, but given the current situation I would appreciate some more time to work on them before presenting them to the group.  If anyone feels a need to keep the April 23 meeting please let me know.
