since google docs (or any other vendor's product) is probably not the best way
of transparently discussing documents in progress, I'd just share here that I added
a few comments to the working draft.

I don't think anything is wrong with ZONEMD, technically, but I do think we could
wait making a statement until after an IETF standards track document has been published.
That said,  I'd prefer RZERC not to make a statement w.r.t. 'hyperlocal' just in
passing, i.e., by 'blessing' ZONEMD deployment in the root zone where hyperlocal is the
prime use case.  At least, I haven't seen why the traditional root zone distribution chain
would have been waiting for it.

One open question with hyperlocal is the distribution mechanism. RFC 8806 lists two
ICANN systems in addition to a subset of the root name servers, but it's just descriptive,
not normative (and cannot be the latter).
