[RZERC] RZERC members update

All,

As you know, at the end of last year I sent letters to each of RZERC's appointing organizations asking for any updates and clarifications about their appointments.  All of the expected responses have been received, and there is one change in appointment to note.

SSAC has decided to appoint a new representative to RZERC: Mr. Geoff Huston.  I'd like to welcome Geoff to the committee and look forward to having him participate in RZERC.  Geoff has been added to the list and Russ has been removed, so we will have to thank Russ for his time on the committee when we see him next in person.
