[RZERC] suggest to cancel tomorrow's regular meeting

Dear RZERC,

With apologies on this being a last minute idea, I would like to propose that we cancel tomorrow's RZERC meeting for a few reasons.  I have been a little overwhelmed recently and do not feel fully prepared for the meeting.  Also it is IETF week, and we were waiting for some proposed text from Peter which I don't think we have yet.  AFAIK there isn't any new business to discuss, just the two documents we have been working on for a while.
