[RZERC] FYI: Request for proposals for implementation for study of RSSAC028

Dear RZERC Members,

Please find the following message from Paul Hoffmann at ICANN org, related to the implementation of RZERC002 recommendations.

Greetings again. ICANN has issued a request for proposals seeking a contractor qualified to conduct the study called for in Section 7.2 of RSSAC028, "Technical Analysis of the Naming Scheme Used For Individual Root Servers." The announcement is here:
