Dear Jonathan,

It would have been better to already have the links to the YouTube
streams beforehand.

Publicising an event through a schedule that's behind a lengthy
registration process is not going to bring any crowds to the channel.
And then, when clicking on "Recording of Live Video" goes to:

...you know you have an absolute mess of a publication/inclusion process
on your hands.

For those of you that have missed my intervention on today's public
forum, I am not happy with the fact that this meeting is the one that is
the least open in the history of ICANN, because it requires registration
access any type of content, including the Agenda (except a lengthy PDF
document). Security is one thing, but the current set-up is unfit for
purpose, especially when Youtube streaming can be specifically used for
ICANN to be transparent about what it does. To anyone outside ICANN, it
smells of ICANN trying its best to keep outsiders out.
Kindest regards,

Olivier
