[social-media-wg] start of preparation the SoMe activity plan for ICANN71 and SMWG interactions

Dear Social Media WG team!
I am happy to welcome you all and hope you are doing well!

With this letter I want to focus our attention on the following items:

1. There are only 2 months left before the launch of *ICANN71*.
By the end of this calendar week, I will finish the preparation of a draft
plan of At-Large social media activities for ICANN71 (as the regional
chairgirl-) and give it to you for consideration.
At the beginning of May, I will ask staff to help me organize a SMWG call
where we will discuss this plan of events and our interaction before,
during and after ICANN71. After this call we will approve the plan with
your comments and additions. And we will start to work.


2. It looks like thet is very important for us to figure out that between
ICANN meetings there are many reasons for us to build the channel of
communication and to organize promo information about current activities
*together.* And our SMWG is the core of the way to spread the information
within the community. We can also discuss this here and take a summary at
the SMWG call in May.

Related item 2 I kindly ask for your help in spreading the information
about two EURALO events:
- today we are holding a round table 4 by EURALO (English, Spanish, French
and Russian interpretation is provided)

- On Friday, we will have a Spanish-language ICANN70 readout by EURALO
